29th May at Northcliffe GC. Individual scores will be included from our Junior Team Championship

25th July Junior Open at Northcliffe GC organised by Northcliffe GC

31st July at Branshaw GC - BDUGC Junior Individual Championship (tee times 1.00 -3.00). All bookings to David Peat

8th August Junior Open at Bingley St Ives GC. This event is organised by Bingley St Ives 

29th August Junior Open at Bradford GC organised by Bradford Golf Club

FURTHER COMPETITIONS WILL BE ADDED HERE IN DUE COURSE

RULES OF ORDER OF MERIT COMPETITION

The competitions shown above will be usedfor the 2023 Junior Order of Merit. Each competition will be split into 3 Divisions as follows:-

Division 1        Gross scores

Division 2        Handicap up to HI 18.4 at start of the season

Division 3        Handicap over HI 18.5.

All competitors will remain in the same Division throughout the season irrespective of any changes in HI. Points will be awarded as follows in each Division:-

1st 10 points                                   6th 5 points

2nd 9 points                                   7th 4 points

3rd 8 points                                    8th 3 points

4th 7 points                                    9th 2 points

5th 6 points                                    10th 1 point

No points will be awarded to any player who finishes below 10th place in any Division. If a Division has less than 10 entries in any competition, points will be awarded from 10 points down to the respective number of entries.

Where any external competition is used, points will be awardedas above in each Division for all competitors who are members of member Clubs of the Bradford Union of Golf Clubs.

Each Bradford Union event will have an entry fee of £5 for each player (for external competitions entry will be to host Club only), no additional entry will be charged in the Junior Team Championship.

Prizes will be awarded at the end of the season to the two top placed entrants in each Division
